The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will be releasing the
GATE 2025 scorecards on Friday, March 28, 2025. Once out, candidates who
appeared in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering will be able
check to download their scorecards from the official website at
gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
Candidates may need to to enter details like their their Enrollment ID/Email ID followed by Password to download the GATE 2025 scorecards.
The GATE 2025 scorecards will be available up to May 31, 2025.

Notably, IIT Roorkee had released the GATE 2025 results on March 19, 2025. The examination was conducted on February 1, 2, 15, 16, 2025 in computer-based test (CBT) mode.
The exam was conducted in two sessions - the forenoon session was held from 9:30 AM to 12:30 AM, and the afternoon session was from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. There were three types of questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT).
Subsequently, the GATE 2025 provisional answer key was released on February 27, and candidates were allowed to raise objections till March 1, 2025.

GPAT 2025: Admit Card (May 21), Exam (May 25), Syllabus, Pattern, Result
GPAT registration 2025 is over now. Now, only those applicants who filled the GPAT application form correctly will be issued the GPAT admit card 2025. If any applicant is found to have submitted multiple GPAT 2025 application forms, the NBEMS may issue the admit card only for the application with the higher application number (application ID) and cancel the remaining application(s). The authorities will allot the GPAT 2025 exam center on first-cum-first-serve basis in the admit card. The GPAT hall ticket 2025 will be issued on May 21, 2025.
Students will be able to download the admit card of GPAT 2025 by visiting the official website at natboard.edu.in. The GPAT 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 25, 2025, in CBT mode. Students are advised to have a good understanding of the GPAT exam pattern 2025 to increase their chances of qualifying for the exam.
After the completion of the GPAT application process 2025, authorities opened the correction window. The GPAT 2025 final edit window was open for three days, from May 9 to 11, 2025.

After the conclusion of the exam, GPAT result 2025 will be declared on June 25, 2025. Last year, a total of 39,341 applicants appeared in the GPAT exam out of the total 40,548 registered for the exam. Authorities also released that a total of 3,934 candidates, which were 10% of the total applicants who participated in the exam, were declared qualified for admission to Master of Pharmacy courses. The validity of the GPAT score is for three years.

AICTE KAPILA initiative leads to 39% surge in patent filings across universities in 5 years
Simplifying the reimbursement process and introducing features such as bulk data uploads in common formats could make the system more user-friendly
Despite
an existing talent pool in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), a
significant number of inventions and ideas have remained unprotected due
to a lack of awareness about patent filing. To address this gap, the
Kalam Program for Intellectual Property Literacy and Awareness (KAPILA)
programme was initiated by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell
(MIC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in 2020
in memory of former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, which has led to rise
in patent filing by 39%.
Aimed at creating awareness around Intellectual Property (IP) and providing financial and legal support to HEIs for filing patents, the KAPILA programme has, over the past five years, helped boost the country’s innovation landscape. Data from the ministry indicates that over 10,000 patent applications have been facilitated under KAPILA so far, with more than 1,300 HEIs, including IIT-BHU, Varanasi, IIT Kanpur, and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, actively participating in IP literacy drives and filing processes. The initiative has also seen participation from private affiliated colleges, deemed universities, and state institutions.
Abhay Jere, vice-chairman, AICTE, says, “Since its inception, the scheme has enabled thousands of students and faculty members to secure their innovations, with a marked increase in patent applications from HEIs. In 2020, out of 57,512 patents filed in India, only 829 were from HEIs. This low number was likely due to limited awareness about the importance of patents and the high filing and legal fees at the time, around Rs 28,000, which many institutions could not afford. However, in 2024-25, India saw a total of 1,05,157 patent filings, with HEIs contributing 33,674 of them. This marked a significant rise compared to 2020.”

GPAT 2025 Edit Window Closes Today; Know Steps to Correct Application Form Details
GPAT 2025 edit window is open till today, i.e. April 28, 2025, in online mode at natboard.edu.in for candidates seeking to correct details in their registration form for pharmacy admissions.
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will conclude the GPAT 2025 edit window today, i.e. April 28, 2025. Students who are willing to make corrections in their application form can make changes by logging in to the candidate portal. The GPAT application form correction link 2025 is activated at natboard.edu.in. Students must note that this is the final opportunity to make corrections in the majority of details, as during the pre-final and final edit window, students will not be allowed to make corrections in the majority of particulars in the application form.
GPAT Application Correction 2025: Uneditable Details
Students will be able to edit all the details in their application form except the following:
- Name
- Nationality
- Mobile number
- Test city of the examination.

NBE will open the GPAT 2025 pre-final edit window between May 2 to 5, 2025, where students will be able to make corrections in deficient and incorrect images, signature and thumb impressions.
