Hyderabad B Pharm student Sameera Begum shines with top ranks in GPAT,NIPER-JEE

 The B Pharmacy student from Nalla Narasimha Reddy Education Society’s Group of Institutions, Sameera Begum has secured all India 15th rank in GPAT and she was ranked first in the State.

Hyderabad: The B Pharmacy student from Nalla Narasimha Reddy Education Society’s Group of Institutions, Sameera Begum has secured all India 15th rank in Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) and she was ranked first in the State. She also bagged all India 19th rank in NIPER (National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research) JEE.

Institution chairman Nalla Narasimha Reddy Garu congratulated the student on her achievement. He appreciated the efforts of the faculty members in achieving the honour.

Director Dr. CV Krishna Reddy and Dean School of Pharmacy Dr. Krishna Mohan Chinnala appreciated Sameera Begum for her achievement and said her hard work helped her achieve the NIPER – JEE rank. They also congratulated students Nitya Srivastava and Ch Rajitha who got NIPER – JEE ranks.

GATE 2024 registration date, notification soon; know syllabus, exam pattern, cut-offs

 


NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Science Bangalore (IISc Bangalore) will issue the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) notification and announce registration date soon. As per past trends, GATE 2024 registration date is announced in August at the official website, gate.iitk.ac.in. The entrance exam is conducted for admission into the masters programme and recruitment by some public sector companies.

Last year, the GATE exam was conducted in February in two shifts for 29 papers. Candidates will be allowed to appear in a maximum of two papers. However, they can choose predefined two paper combination for the second paper.

As per the GATE syllabus 2023, the question paper will carry questions for a total of 100 marks. Irrespective of the subject chosen by the candidates, the General Aptitude (GA) section carrying 15 marks will be common for all papers. The remaining 85 marks will test the subject knowledge.

Candidates must note that once the GATE 2023 registration starts, they’ll have to submit only one application form as multiple registrations will lead to rejection without any refund of fee.

Aspirants who secure at least the minimum GATE cut-off will be declared qualified. However, the participating universities will announce their own GATE admission cut-offs to grant seat.

The primary objective of this collaboration is to promote educational excellence, innovation and social impact across all educational institutions affiliated with Anjuman-I-Islam, aiming to create a significant positive change in society, according to an official release.

This joint effort between Anjuman-I-Islam and JWEL entails the development and implementation of advanced educational initiatives. These initiatives will include courses inspired by MIT’s educational framework and guidance, designed to tackle the challenges faced by students, educators and society as a whole. By leveraging their combined expertise, resources, and networks, both orginisations are committed to advancing educational practices and empowering learners to thrive in an ever-evolving world, the release mentioned.

The goal of the programme is to accelerate innovation and establish effective solutions for worldwide educational obstacles by utilising the knowledge and resources of MIT faculty, staff, students and alumni. AICTE admit card 2023 released at recruitment.nta.nic.in; here’s direct link

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for the All India Council for Technical Education Recruitment Exam Non-Teaching Posts 2023. Eligible candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website recruitment.nta.nic.in.

The recruitment exam is scheduled to be conducted on August 1 and 2, 2023.

The CBT question paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi) for General Awareness, Reasoning Ability, Mathematical Ability, and Computer Awareness. Test of language (English or Hindi) will be as per the choice of the candidates. On the day of the examination before starting the CBT candidates will be given the option to choose the medium of examination i.e. Hindi or English, reads the notification.

DRDO Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)

JRF 02: Post Graduate (M.Sc.) in 1st Class with National Eligibility Test (NET) (Junior Research Fellow Lectureship in Life Sciences/Bio-Technology/ Biomedical Sciences Subject Concerned; Or

Graduate Engineering with Technology in 1st Class with Valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) Score in Life Sciences/Bio-Technology/ Biomedical Sciences Subject Concerned; Or

Post Graduate (M.Engg/M.Tech) in 1st Class in Life Sciences/Bio-Technology/Biomedical Sciences Subject Concerned at Graduate and Post-Graduate Level remain Exempted from NET/GATE (National Eligibility Test/Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

JRF 03: Post Graduate (M.Pharma) in 1st Class in Pharmaceutics/Pharmacology with the National Eligibility Test (NET)/Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) (Junior Research Fellow Lectureship) conducted by any Approved National Agency.

Selection Procedure under DRDO Recruitment 2023:

Selection for Research Associates and Junior Research Fellow Posts involves Viva-voce, Written Test and Pre-Interview Verification. Selection for both Posts shall be carried out through Interviews.  Appropriately Suitable Candidates for both Posts Research Associates and Junior Research Fellow would be based on the Individual’s Performance in the Interview.

The Candidate will be issued an Appointment initially for First 02 Years as Junior Research Fellow (JRFs) and will subsequently be elevated to Senior Research Fellow for the remaining 03 Years, subject to the Incumbent’s Satisfactory Performance to be assessed Annually as per the DRDO
Guidelines.  The Tenure for Research Associates remains 02 Years.
