These are online free for all courses offered by IITs and IISC. These courses are designed for learning the advanced and new topic that is usually not covered in the college.
More than 250 courses are available for this semester.
No registration fee, this means the students can register and start learning any course for free but to obtain the certificate students have to register for exams and pay a nominal fee of 1100 Rupees.
AIKTC faculties will be acting as mentors for almost all courses and students can approach the assigned faculty and discuss any doubt.
Those students who can not afford the exams fee will be paid back 50% by NPTEL upon successful completion of the course.
