Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)- Bombay has released the admit card for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2021 on its official website https://gate.iitb.ac.in/.
Candidates, who have applied for GATE 2021, can now download their admit card through candidate login on the official website - gate.iitb.ac.in. Also, candidates can apply for correction in GATE 2021 admit card till January 13, 2021.
GATE 2021 will be conducted for 27 Subjects. GATE 2021 score will remain valid
for THREE YEARS from the date of announcement of results.
The institute has got 8.83 lakh applications for GATE 2021 as compared to 8.77
lakh registrations for the GATE 2020. Registration for the exam closed on
October 14 and the exams are scheduled from February 5-7 and February 12-14,
2021.
This year, female registrations for the GATE have also increased by 10,000 to
2.9 lakh. Addition of Humanities might be attributed to an increase in female
candidates. Close to 60% of applicants in Humanities are represented by female
aspirants. A total of 8600 female applications have been received in the
Humanities category.

Kanpur had 1,14,794 and 73,618 registrations, respectively in 2020.

2) Click on “Download Admit Card”, given on the homepage
3) Enter your the GATE 2021 ID and other login credentials on the next window
4) Submit and download your GATE 2021 admit card.
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national examination conducted jointly by Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) at Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee on behalf of National Coordination Board (NCB)-GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. GATE examination is a Computer Based Test (CBT).
Qualifying in GATE is a mandatory requirement for seeking admission and/or
financial assistance to Postgraduate Programs (Master's and Doctoral) with
Ministry of Education (MoE) and other Government Scholarships / Assistantships,
subject to the admission criteria of the admitting institute.
The GATE score is also used by some Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) for their recruitment and by several other universities in India and abroad for admissions.
