Dear Users, The Copyright Guide for Indian Libraries, developed by a team of leading IPR experts of the country under the patronage of the National Digital Library of India (https://ndl.iitkgp.ac.in/ or https://www.ndl.gov.in/), as a concise quick reference document for digital and non-digital libraries in India, is a first of its kind in India. The Guide is now publicly available for view/download at NDLI (https://www.ndl.gov.in/ or https://ndl.iitkgp.ac.in/) Home page or in the following link: http://ndl.iitkgp.ac.in/ In view of the above, AICTE requests your institute to communicate to all faculty members, library staff and students of your institutes to refer and use this guide to effectively deal with copyright-related issues in their operations and also publicize them in your communities.
