(RCF Ltd.) is accepting applications from experienced and diligent candidates for the post of Management Trainee in Materials and Legal Discipline. There are 25 vacant seats available for the mentioned posts. As given in the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, candidates should have passed a regular full-time 4 year BE/B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./Engineering/Mechanical Engg./Electrical Engg./Instrumentation Engg. from University Grants Commission (UGC) / AICTE-approved Institutions for the post of Management Trainees in Materials, and candidates should have passed 3 years of graduation with a regular and full-time degree in law for the post of Management Trainees in Legal.The upper age limit of the candidates should not be more than 27 years as on 01.09.2023.
In accordance with the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, selected candidates will get a monthly salary of E1 grade at a pay scale of Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000. Candidates who belong to the general, OBC, and EWS categories have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000, whereas SC,ST, PwBD, and ExSM female category candidates are not required to pay any application fee. Referring to the official notification of RCF Recruitment 2023, selection will be based on an online test and a personal interview. Management Trainees (Materials):
Candidates should have passed regular full-time 4 years BE / B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg. Petrochemical Engg./ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Instrumentation Engg. from University Grants Commission (UGC) / AICTE approved Institutions.
Candidates should have regular and full-time dual, / or / Allied Degrees and are also eligible, however, chemical, / mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation must be mentioned in the degree along with other allied subjects, if any. Or
Candidates should have at least 3 years of regular and full-time BE / B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./ Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Instrumentation Engg. from University Grants Commission (UGC) /AICTE approved Institutions acquired after 3 years Regular and Fulltime diploma in Engineering.
Candidates should have regular and full-time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation, must be mentioned in the degree along with other allied subjects, if any.
Management Trainees (Legal):
Candidate should have at least 3 years of Graduation with a regular and full-time Degree in Law

Candidate should be a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years of regular and full-time integrated Law courses from a UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution.
