NATA 2022 Exam Dates Announced, Registration @nata.in

The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2022 exam dates have been released by the Council of Architecture (COA). According to the authorities, the exam will be conducted thrice this year, in 2 sessions each.

The exam dates for the NATA 2022 have been announced by COA. This year’s exam will be conducted on June 12, July 3, and July 24, 2022. The official information brochure will be released soon. The application portal for the NATA registration is expected to open soon at nata.in

How to fill NATA Application Form 2022

  • Visit the NATA official website at nata.in
  • After clicking on the “New Registration” link, complete the NATA 2022 registration using personal details.
  • Once done, log-in details will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.
  • Fill up the NATA Application form.
  • Upload the required documents as per the instruction provided.
  • Pay the Application fee by debit/ credit card or net banking.
  • Download the NATA 2022 application form receipt for future reference.

 

In the official notification released by CoA, it is mentioned that the NATA exam will be held thrice this year. In 2019 and 2020, it was conducted twice. Although the exam is conducted thrice, candidates will only be able to appear a maximum of 2 times.

The multiple attempts will give candidates more chances to ace the exam and improve their scores. It also provides more opportunities to the candidates, ensuring that all eligible candidates get a fair representation.

NATA Exam Pattern 2022

The NATA exam consists of 125 questions carrying a total of 200 marks. Session 1 of the exam is usually held from 10 am to 1 pm and session 2 from 2 pm to 5 pm. There are 5 types of questions asked-

  • Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
  • Preferential Choice Questions (PCQ)
  • Numerical Answer Questions(NAQ)
  • Match the Following Questions (MFQ)

NATA exam test the individual following areas

  1. Diagrammatic Reasoning
  2. Numerical Reasoning
  3. Verbal Reasoning
  4. Inductive Reasoning
  5. Situational Judgement
  6. Logical Reasoning
  7. Abstract Reasoning

The candidates have to score at least 70 marks out of 200 to qualify for the exam. The candidates who qualify for the exam will be able to download the scorecard. In the scorecard, the candidates will know if they have qualified or not.
