New Delhi: CL Educate Limited (CL), India’s
leading education and knowledge services provider, signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) with AICTE, the Implementation Agency for the National
Educational Alliance for Technology (NEAT) scheme, at an event presided over by
Ramesh Pokhriyal, Hon’ble Minister of Human Resource Development at Dehradun. This is an initiative of the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, for
better learning outcomes in education through Public-Private Partnerships and
has been launched across as a pilot phase in all approved Government
Colleges of India.
As per the MoU, CL Educate will be offering their adaptive and
personalized learning solution “aspiration.ai certification course”, which was
evaluated by AICTE over the last several months and has now been approved for
exclusive listing under a common platform called NEAT portal of the Ministry of
HRD for the student community across the country. CL Educate will be offering
both “Integrated Certification” and “On-Demand Certification” for various

the integrated offering, the student will have access to learning resources
online through learning videos, E-Books, online classes etc. and will undergo
final certification assessment to get course certification on levels 1 to 5.
Each student enrolling for either “Integrated Certification” and “On-Demand
Certification” will be getting a certificate. The certification interview will
be through a unique “Robot Interview” where the certification interview will be
conducted virtually by a Robot through CL Educate strategic partnership with
EvueMe Selection Robot to help students be better placed to get jobs in the
industry or get through higher education.
