GATE 2020 Answer Key Objection window would be activated on GOAPS portal by IIT Delhi on February 19, 2020. Candidates can login to the portal by going to the website gate.iitd.ac.in. Process & guidelines here.
Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Delhi would be activating the link to
raise objections on the GATE 2020 Answer keys from February 19, 2020. The
response sheets for GATE 2020 have already been released. Candidates, who have
appeared for the examination and fill the application fee, would be able to
view their answer keys and raise objections, if any, on the GOAPS portal – on
gate.iitd.ac.in.
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, GATE 2020 was conducted on
February 1, 2, 8 and 9 for 25 papers. The response sheets of candidates were
released by IIT Delhi yesterday. Answer keys and the link to raise objection
would be available from 11:00 am on February 19, 2020 till 6:00 pm on February
21, 2020.
In the GOAPS portal, a module to contest answer keys will be available from
11:00 hours (IST) of 19th February 2020 till 18:00 hours (IST) of 21st February
2020. Procedure to raise objections has been released on gate.iitd.ac.in which
is summarized below.
GATE 2020: How to raise objections on Answer Key
1. Go
to the official website gate.iitd.ac.in or directly go to the GOAPS portal.
2. Login
using your registration number and password.
3. Select
the question that you wish to raise objection against and give the
justification. Candidates can raise objection to multiple questions. A fee of
Rs. 500 per question is applicable.
4. Once
complete, candidates can then pay the fees on the online link provided. No
objection without the fee would be accepted. Also, in case your challenge is
accepted, the fees would be refunded to the payment method used by the
candidate.
The official notice further asks the candidates to ensure that ‘the
question number is as per the PDF file of the question paper uploaded on the
GATE 2020 website. A preview of the question selected is also shown in the
contest portal. Make sure that you select the right section and the question
number which you wish to contest. Please note that if the question number is
not correctly identified, then the challenge will not be considered. If you are
uploading any supporting document for the contest, you must mention the section
name and question number in the document’.
